Rex - Banged Up Abroad

Everyone must be aware of the wedding seasons of India. Starts from November and ends up till mid of March.I (blogger for Rex) too got an invitation for a wedding which was to be held out of my state i.e Delhi somewhere in Punjab. But the main problem that raised our attention was where would we Rex and with whom? After few days my dad met one person who told us about a Dog House that takes care of dogs just like a crutch takes care of babies.

We left Rex there for almost 4 days.

When we reached to the Dog House, it was a very huge home with 3 gardens and toys for dogs scattered here and there. I started yelling out Rex-Rex, just then we saw him in one of the gardens. He came towards us running like a sprint racer. The caretaker told us that Rexi didn't had anything much to eat since the day we had left him.
I felt both happy and sad. Happy because Rex is so attached to us and sad because he didn't ate anything.

But just look at that noble soul who has got very less brains as compared to humans has got much more nicer, purer feelings than a human has for a human.
Thats why I love dogs so much.
Whenever I cuddle him he puts his hands forward indicating to love him more.

Those 4 days were like him being banged up in a jail. And that Dog House was something no less than an abroad for Rex..

Crosswords

हेलो(Hello)Guys! Back with a new post from Rex's Life!
I consider dogs very intelligent. You know why? B'cus they not only understands their language but also ours! Readers must be aware of this fact about dogs!
And today I'm gonna share Rex's Dictionary(The words he understands):

  1. Paa: The most understandable word by Rex.Whenever I call out, "Rex Paa(my dad)" he starts barking and looking here and there for Paa. The scene is amazing every time!
  2. Chalo Nahai-nahai(Lets go for bath):Whenever Rex hears this sentence, he gets alarmed and sits back a a corner frightened. And yeah, he understands this word really well.
  3. Chalo Ghumi-Ghumi (Lets go for walk):The most favorite word of Rexi as he loves to go on a walk alone or with anyone.Whenever I call out this word he gets up and stretch himself for an energetic walk.
  4. Le(Take it):The word that Rex wants to hear every time. Its like a treat to his ears! Whenever I say this word he comes to the one who's saying it.
  5. Rex see Sheila:Now let me tell you something about past. There used to a bitch in my society named 'Sheila' and n whenever she used to see Rex she would go mad! Since then whenever I called her name Rex got alerted. But sadly sheila is no more in this society she has shifted.
  6. Rex di Hushi:The word that is makes Rex's mood terrifying. The phrase 'Rex di Hushi' means Rex's Birds.Whenever pigeons used to come at my balcony Rex used to run with his fastest speed to catch a glimpse of them and bark! That moment is worth watching for fun.'Hushi'doesn't mean anything in real but its just another slang used by me; 'cus a slang is something that doesn't slips off your tongue and looks cool while speaking.SLANG!

Hello guys, and sorry for uploading so late. The Blogger for Rex is a little busy now a days. But still I took out time today.
I'm back with a new short Rex-tale.
Do you know? Rex is very fond of his big nails, just like me x)
He never let his vet to trim them off. I sometimes paint his nails too! Haha.
Whenever I try to touch 'em, he starts bullying me by showing off his big huge teeth.

Huh, sensitive? Not at all.

The Story of Rex's Bath :D

I know after reading the title readers must have thought for one second about me, blogger for Rex being crazy. Haha.
But yeah, right now it just clicked to my mind why not share the time when I bathe Rex. That time of day is most amazing and fun-filled.

  1. It starts with calling Rex 'cus he gets himself hidden at some secret place which he thinks no one knows, which I know offcourse. It can be area under the dining table or the store-room of my house.
  2. Then tieing his chain on his neck with the help of his leash to pull him to the place in his nightmares, hell for him etc. i.e. THE BATHROOM!
  3. He even try to scratch me with his teeth which do not affect me. And then finally Rex is inside the hell.
  4. I got seated myself near the bathtub and Rex stood as far as possible away from me.
  5. The water was running and I mixed his shampoo & water together.
  6. I pulled him close and Rex was shivering hard, the sentence got me into my imaginary dirty-world. Now back to my story, I poured the whole shampoo mixture upon him from his neck to tail and rubbed him all the long from neck to feet to abdomen and tail, again with a loaf. A loaf is kept aside specially for Rexi.
  7. Then I watered him and dried him with his towel.
  8. Afterwards I took him to the balcony and rested him on his blanket which was on the floor.
  9. He wobbled here and there. Every time after his bath he acts like a mad person is freed from the mental hospital. Lmao.
  10. Then I brushed him to shed off his extra fur. White one's are easily locatable unlike the black ones.
  11. And my cute, little Rex was tidy and shiny once again!

Intello Rexi

Diwali just went few days ago and as you all are aware of the tradition of making rangoli and so do I made one inside my home.
At first Rex used to come and smell it again and again. Once he even destroyed it a bit. But then I scolded him. I said,"Rex no no" and he understood that this is something he is not supposed to touch. And from that particular moment whenever he passed by the Rangoli, he maintained a gap. That is why he is Intello (Intelligent) Rexi

This story is also a REXORY :)

Diwali with Rex

Diwali Is Coming...

Diwali is coming, just another day left. But let me tell you one thing that bursting crackers is fun but it isn't fun at all for these domestic animals. Dogs, cats and other animals all are very afraid of these crackers and it can cause a heavy damage to them physically or mentally.
Touch wood this should not happen but if a street animal by chance came near a burning cracker and had a severe burn, who the hell will take care of it? He will be in pain and no one else. He couldn't have a medicine applied on that. He will just roll in mud to make it a lil' less burning.
Moreover a survey was conducted and it said that animals may have a heart attack because of crackers sound. So who so ever has got a pet please keep them in a closed room and try to give shelter to street dogs and other animals.

Thank you.

This is a message from Rex as well. :)
